Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vhybe Apps services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Vhybe Apps provides rapid prototyping services that convert ideas and requirements into working application prototypes within 48-72 hours. Our services include:

• Prototype development and deployment
• Technical consultation and planning
• Stakeholder presentation sessions
• Source code delivery

Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before commencement of work. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your ideas, requirements, and business concepts. Upon full payment, you own the source code and assets created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general methodologies and approaches developed during your project for future work.

Data and Privacy

We do not require access to your real business data. All prototypes use sample data generated for demonstration purposes. Your project requirements and any confidential information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential.

Service Limitations

Our prototypes are designed for demonstration and validation purposes. They are not production-ready applications and should not be used in live business environments without proper development, testing, and security review.

Delivery and Timeline

We commit to delivering initial prototypes within 48-72 hours of project commencement. Final delivery includes one round of revisions based on your feedback. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

Prototype Hosting

Prototypes remain live and accessible for three months from delivery date. Source code downloads are available during this period. Extensions may be available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vhybe Apps or Delta Charlie Foxtrot Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, payment for work completed up to the termination date will be due and payable.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
